First Payment Must Cover the first 2 months of treatment and then monthly payments will begin at the 3rd month mark. To avoid interruption of treatment a credit card will be kept on file. Simply enroll online and we will send you a lab order to get labs drawn before your first visit. Keep in mind that TRT may not be needed depending on your particular history and needs to be discussed and evaluated non a case by case basis.
